F.B.I.'s first show out of Hong Kong

28th Feb 2009 Macau

CE and AL is coming soon.......which means now it' the busiest period for me....
3 hrs for one lesson......more and more classes coming.......

I am busy, but I enjoy.....cos it's the job I love....

Long time ago when I still feel frustrated about my future.....when I think no job in the world is suitable......my love said...I should be a tutor....

She is the one who really understands me....

Busy as I am, I still try to have a day with my love......but what we do is just sleeping....

I haven't bought you anything, even ur birthday, all I can give u is just a silly rap song....

No time for shopping with u, when we are together u just sit next to me.......accompany me to prepare for my classes...

U know my ME-50 doesn't sound good......u bought me a distortion pedal.......MXR EQ....

U know I always need to work outside....u bought me a net book.....

I know them all.......

I am not a 100 mark boyfriend, but I try to do it......

I love u...

Seems last week or what......went to attache with FBI brothers...
We have experienced many different......we all have changed a lot...
It's good...and in fact, nothing should be complicated

Hey everyone, haven't updated for a long time, recently I am very busy in preparing for my tutorial classes. Next friday, Arch-music will present the third gig at a bar called Uncle 4, this time we move from LKF to Jordan.

The bands performing include Dr. Egg, Vingear, Darkness Pool and Empty Tomb

Dr. Egg

DR EGGS is more than a band, it’s a concept.
Introducing Joul, the indisputable leader of the group, the doctor created his formation in 1997 and DR.EGGS played their first gig just after two months of existence. The members of the band were only 16 and 17 years old at that time.

DR.EGGS launched their first demo cd << 50 millions vont l’écouter !! >> in 1998. It had massive success and launched DR.EGGS onto some of the most prestigious stages , some reflected on them as Burning Heads or Liberators.

In 2000, << Ragga Pounk Ska >> came out with << 4zarts >> as co-producer.

In the meantime, DR.EGGS changed its musical line , fed-up with this enormous Ska-Punk wave and above all frustrated of being so attached to it, so much that they could not play something else.

From this radical change, they built up their first full album, with the support of << Skalopards Prodz >> which was in charge of the co-production and <<Mosaic>> with the distribution all around France. In June 2003, DR.EGGS hit their first studio sessions. This painful experience was very fascinating and allowed the band to move on to another direction with an all new album.

Empty Tomb

Having influenced by bands like, to name a few, Jimmy Eat World, radiohead and still…etc. Empty Tomb’s music is reflective, melancholic and deeply sincere.
Original line up formed by 3-piece - Kong wai(guitar/vocal), Siu Keung(bass/vocal) & Jimmy(bei) (drum). Then changed in the winter of 2005, with the joining of Kuboyama Yuki (vocal of Beebob) to fulfill the keyboard part. Lately, Neo the guitarist back from Canada for us in Summer 06 !! Tat take up Neo part today since Neo leave for his study ...The band formed what is now known as Empty Tomb !

Darkness Pool

After several reformations, Darkness Pool was officially formed in November 2006, and the band now consists of 5 members: John (Vocalist), Don(Guitarist), Erik(Guitarist), Matt (Bassist) and HoG(Drummer). According to their definition, "Darkness Pool" can be defined as "a pool of heavy sounds", which are best illustrated in their productions. Their songs contain a wide varitey of elements ranging from hardrock to metal, and with the wild, powerful vocal from John. Besides utilizing their creative minds in the studio, the band will also participate in many competitions in future. So keep your ears open for them, dive deep down the pool and see what you'll get !

Vingear

Vinegar is basketball team consist Chai on SG, Garile on SF, Zen on PF and Issac on PG (no C). Formed in May 2006, they love both L.A. Lakers and Boston Celtics. Out of the court, they play music sometimes, they love to play 60's and 70's rock and roll music, started with covers of Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple and later found the way to write their own materials. The music of Vinegar is all about basketball, delicious foods, health care, Japanese animation, adult toys, and basketball.

Nov.......finally graduated...

After it....i have been busy at Arch-music , we have a little bit success at the first gig on 28th, with F.B.I., The LoveSong and Karat. Thanks everyone for your support.

We had few shows in Nov, one was an outdoor show at Shatin, I haven't preformed at that kind of show for a long time, quite funny. Aslo had one show in N Set, after playing at the underground 50 in Dec 2007, We haven't had any shows at Kowloon, except one in TST (tomlee that one).

Can u see my woman and me?? Ever since we were together....she has tried to attend all FBI shows.....to help me take the guitar, take the effect......take care everything of me.....

Of cos......I had great fun at F.B.I. EP release party

Jan!!!! We are waiting for Qiu Hong!!!!!!

Now I am working so hard on preparing notes for all of my students. CE Acc is coming soon.....hope that they can have great success.

One more thing, Arch-music 2nd gig

Three Hong Kong indie bands with different styles will rock the fringe club, they are

F.B.I.

One Gwailo and three Hong Kong guys come together to form F.B.I., a band which takes its audience on a musical journey of diverse sounds and on-stage intensity. It's hard to describe F.B.I.'s style of music because they don't conform to just one style. I guess you will just have to find out for youself. Their first EP Fire Bird International will be on sale on 29th Oct 2008 at CDwarehouse, HK Record and different cd stores.

The Lovesong

One of Hong Kong's most talked about bands, The Lovesong has stirred waves in the local music with their intense and energetic live performances, and opening for bands such as Nine Inch Nails at the AsiaWorld-Expo. The four-piece draw inspiration from the American punk/hardcore roots of their teenage years to create a beautiful collision of what has always been with what is completely unexpected.

Karat

After half year of restructuring, Karat is coming back! While Cherry and Terry are still on vocal and guitar, Garlie and Wing joined us as the new bassist and drummer for half a year. The brand new Karat will even more energetic, creative and dynamic, yet, as funk as before! We will try to funk you up as hard as we can! Hope you will enjoy our upcoming groovy and funky shows!
